Mr. Madramootoo obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Guyana in 2006. He obtained his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine) in 2017. Mr. Madramootoo has over 18 years experience in the design, construction and management of civil/structural engineering projects in Guyana and Trinidad & Tobago.
